IF YOU HAVE SEEN A CRIME - If you have seen a crime on campus and you would like to report it anonymously, please complete this form. This information is directed to the Chief of Police at once and will remain confidential. 

 

IF YOU WERE THE VICTIM OF A CRIME - If you were the victim of a crime and wish to make a report, please contact NCPD at (903) 875-7500. We have officers available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet with you at your convenience.
